Rosewater Music Lessons & Classes

all ages & adult beginners welcome
as young as 3 for piano

Foundational and advanced understanding of music literacy & performance

We work one-on-one or in small groups to provide a meaningful and fun experience for learners of all ages!

Rosewater Music is pleased to offer lessons to first timers of any age (as young as 3 for piano) as well as advanced understanding of technique and theory in several disciplines.

Recitals and competitions are encouraged for child learners! We love putting on a show and sharing our talents, as well as earning a well-deserved award every now and then! We are excited for you to join our roster for any of our educational offerings.

Piano Lessons

Rosewater Music offers piano lessons from early beginner to well-advanced, focusing on technical and written fluency which expands to any instrument a student chooses later on.

Young beginners may start with fun and varied styles of learning around the piano with a foundational, rounded, and positive yet disciplined approach most classical learners have come to expect from private piano lessons.

See our provider pages for more info on our teaching styles, and to find the best fit for you or your child!

Singing Lessons

Singing lessons are recommended for children aged 9 or up, training singers to find pitch, rhythm, diction, and bring the audience into their performance with stage charisma.

Microphone and studio recording training are also included in our teaching style, providing families with keepsake recordings and performance opportunities to enjoy the student’s progress.

Ukulele Lessons

Ukulele can be a great way to get started on string playing without the size, technical, and financial commitment that can come along with instruments like Bass, Guitiar, or Violin.

Students are taught tabs, basic sight reading, strum chording, and fingerstyle playing. Singing and playing simultaneously can be integrated if interested.

Guitar & Bass Lessons

Guitar is a lifelong, portable form of music enjoyment anyone can benefit from. Learning ukulele or piano before guitar can create a stronger foundation for a student, especially if the student is a child.

Bass guitar is a different discipline, focused in rhythm and ear training. Both disciplines will include tab reading, basic sheet music reading, and rhythm playing.
